Payment terms depend on the customer, location, order size, and business relationship. For well established companies in Kenya, flexible payment or credit terms may be discussed based on the project. For customers outside Kenya, full payment is required before order processing and shipment.

How does delivery work?

For deliveries within Nairobi, shipping is free, door-to-door. For deliveries outside Nairobi, we provide a quotation based on the actual cost of shipping the hardware to your location. DS Africa does not charge a separate logistics service fee. That means you only see the cost of moving the equipment. We still handle the full door to door process for you, including delivery coordination, shipment tracking, customs support when needed, and any logistics arrangements required to get the hardware to you. You do not need to manage different service providers, follow up with transporters, or track every step yourself. DS Africa takes care of the process so your equipment reaches you with less stress and fewer moving parts.
